Problems downloading Victory is Life Update for STO?

Anyone else having problems downloading the update for Xbox? I've tried unsuccessfully 4 times now. The download always stops at 91.5%. I've uninstalled the game completely and tried to download again with the same problem. I'm not having network issues, other downloads/updates are working fine.

    Obviously make sure you have room, but try a full restart on your console and/or clearing the cache in System-Storage menus. Both options are your best bet at resolving a download issue with a game.
