Razer Chroma no longer working

I realized about a week and a half ago that my Razer Cynosa Chroma wasn't showing the lighting profile for STO. I'm not sure if this is an issue with Razer or STO.

Mine stopped working a few months ago, and nothing I have done, including extensive troubleshooting with Razer, has been able to fix it. I have gone as far as a complete reinstall of Windows after wiping my computer drive, and Synapse still doesn't detect STO. It did used to work. I wiped the drive and reinstalled Windows due to another issue this week, and I was hoping it would fix this too, and it didn't. I have a Steam install of STO, but I have recently tried to uninstall STO and the Razer software, and install STO by using Arc, then reinstall Razer, and that didn't work either. Synapse just seems to not detect the game. I have even tried installing older versions of the software to see if that would change anything, but it still won't work. There's a new version of the Razer software that just came out that I installed after the complete reimage of my Windows 10 computer, but no change there, either. I'm starting to think that Chroma support got disabled in the game itself due to a patch messing it up, and the devs might not know about it yet. Does it work for anyone else? Razer support has pretty much given up on my case and said they would forward it to their own developers to look at, but after a month I haven't heard back from them. I am using the Razer Blackwidow Chroma V2 keyboard. Everything else seems to work with it, just not the STO Chroma in-game support. Way back a few months ago, when it originally stopped working in the game, the game would still show up in the Chroma Apps in Synapse, but it just wouldn't work in the game. Since the first time I uninstalled and reinstalled the software, I've never been able to get it to appear in there again, no matter how many uninstalls, reinstalls, and even the full drive wipe then Windows install that I did in the last few days. This includes uninstalling and reinstalling the game, which was what the Razer support said to try doing. Think I'll put in a ticket in STO to see if maybe the devs can check it out, maybe it's just not working for everyone after a recent patch, and they could re-enable it. Maybe it's broken for everyone and they just don't know about it yet. So, if anyone uses a Razer device with Chroma in STO and you see this, can you RE this post if you can confirm that it does still work for you? Wonder how many gamers out there are playing STO and using a Razer Chroma device?

Maybe help Player Community Drivers just a little Tip ,advanced drivers for Win al over in internet like modded gfx drivers
My Old Webcam from 2008 still run with andvanced drivers ...

This worked for me. In the launcher, before you click engage click options and "use 32bit"

My keyboard's still working in Neverwinter. Haven't checked STO.
