Promoting and Demoting Error in Fleet.

When I try to promote a character in the fleet, another character of the player is always promoted. The same error occurs when I try to demote. It does not matter which of the characters I click on.
Other players and fleets are also facing this problem.

Even then, it does not always work. But thanks for the tip.
