Gamma Recruit account rewards just vanish!

As the title says, when my character (Fed and Fed Classic) is going to claim the reward, it just disappear!

    What are you trying to collect? If it is the salvage thing, it is a pool boost which will appear wherever you have your boosts shown. If it is the other stuff, I got no clue. Maybe overflow bag?

    Unless you are talking about it disappearing from the list. That is perfectly normal. Instead of showing a list of all rewards but marking some as already claimed, as each reward is claimed it just disappears from the list.
