Interphasic Instability - I like this console when I have new characters I'm leveling. So, while I don't need it now, I always have a small inventory of Phoenix prizes of various tiers to get stuff like Red Matter Capacitor and other "standard" stuff I always use.
While I understand that the Phoenix events serve a secondary (or primary depending on who you ask) purpose of draining excess dil from the in-game economy to get the zen/dil exchange within a target range, I wish these events were more predictable. I get that there is also a benefit to it NOT being a predictable event.
Also, I wish that additions were on a more set schedule - items from events are added 18 months after the event occurs or what have you. It can be whatever waiting period makes sense - 12-, 18-, 24-months - just standardized and cover all event rewards. I'm fine leaving them as character locked prizes, rather than account unlocks, as the trade-off for not having participated in the original event.
Don't get me wrong, the addition of Phoenix boxes was one of the best ideas to be implemented. So, thanks for that.
The Phoenix box timing this time was PERFECT for me. I just sold my 6-7k zen for 270 per (after buying at some 262) cuz of the 24 hour Keyring, and now the phoenix got me a whole ton of Dill cuz it Dropped back to 260 and is still dropping (mine's on 256, expecting some 8.7k zen which will let me get my Gamma Vanguard Pack when it hits a 20% discount)
nothing... never gotten epic token, dont need melee weapons, dont need console, doff is blue quality with a generic ability that I have on some Purple Quality Boffs already, don't care for costume... nothing worth getting.

Each 4,000 dil tech upgrade has the power of 4 x Superior upgrades which require 4,300 dil. Plus, around 1/3 of all packs get you a rare or better token worth two or more upgrades.
Unless you also never upgrade any gear or have stockpiled a lifetime supply of Omega tech upgrades, you've been missing out.

Exchange tends to hit the plateau at the weekend, rate its going might well dip to 245 or less, still hadn't fully recovered from the fortnight of phoenix PC got (console didnt) get before VIL arrived.

I know I have over 100 Omega's... maybe close to 200? at least 150 I'm confident on across all toons on account. But I never really do upgrades... mk 12 was good enough. Now with Rep Ger I can get UR M13s and I tend to go rainbow anyway so dmg type was never important.... cause all I do is pve and I skip ques. Only working on Ques now on JHD to unlock the 100 deed...
I'll probably start crafting for Pen and Rapid... maybe. Probably go UR13 rep beam arrays for FAW beam boats first thou. Maybe then get Iconian Rep space set... since folks say that is best space set to have due to set bonus. Thou CSV with all turrets looks cool too, like rain storm in space.

Kobali outfits! Been wanting them for some alts that weren't around for them.
I can't take it anymore! Could everyone just chill out for two seconds before something CRAZY happens again?!

I'm picking up more upgrade tokens. I was surprised that I ran out recently.
Yeah - I picked up a heap of them too. Fantastic for getting items to MkXV. Not quite so great for getting them to Epic though.
That's why I started out post anniversary event with 1000 omegas. But now I'm down to about 60 omegas now. I'll just focus on getting all the non-crafted stuff to XV so I can upgrade it to epic next year.
When you see "TRIBBLE" in my posts, it's because I manually typed "TRIBBLE" and censored myself.

The fact the event is broken - DS9's Onna fails to give the free Phoenix Box, means it may not have the impact it otherwise could.
