Game not writing to logs, inc. CombatLog

I have tried on 32-bit and 64-bit clients but the game does not write to the combat log when logging is enabled. Furthermore, none of the logs in that folder show any activity after 15/07/18; the same applies to Arc it seems.

/Combatlog 1 for on
/Combatlog 1 for off
Folder
device:folder*/Star Trek Online/Live/logs/GameClient/Combatlog.Log
on some installation Combatlog.log is saved and can be founded
c:\user\etc..

Deleting the log file seems to have helped.
