Romulan Command Center FPS drop

My FPS is great everywhere until I visit the Romulan Command Center. FPS not only drops significantly there, but also everywhere else after visiting. Even the character log on screen suffers as well. To get my FPS back, I have to exit STO and quit ARC, then restart it all. The Romulan Command Center seems to be the only thing causing this issue.
