Gamma Synergistic Shield still bugged

Hello,
I had reported the Gamma Synergistic shield was bugged prerelease when it was available on Tribble for testing a couple months ago. The shield is not gaining it's resistance boost via any bridge officer debuff abilities; Attack Pattern Beta, Kemocite Laced Weaponry, Cold Hearted via Aux to Batt, Structural Analysis, etc. Can this please be looked into? Previously I had reported this to Darkblade, a bug hunter in game, and emails were sent to both Ambassador Kael and Borticus via Teacher Kirby and Spencer. Thank you.
