When you are on the talaxian station and have to repair 0/4 damaged equipment, there are only 3 locations marked.
Tried it twice, ran all over hoping to find the 4th piece, tried using V (it just points at the console even after you fixed it).

As I wrote you have to repair damaged equipment (0/4) - but there are only 3 items marked.
The problem is the 4th item is south of the console in the main room (the one with all the sparklies), and you have to use
the turbolift to get there, hence the item isn't on the mission tracker until after you use the lift (at which point any items
left to repair in the main room vanish off the tracker.
Would be nice if the turbolift had a green circle around it so you know to go there.
