Several weeks ago (approximately June 19th) I was upgrading my Ultra Rare mark XV omni-directional anti-chroniton infused tetryon beam, in an attempt to get it to epic quality. I had already gone through about 4 or 5 upgrade cycles at mark XV with no rarity increase and thus had accumulated around a 26% chance for quality upgrade. Once I'd gone through another cycle (on the 19th) and clicked claim item (it did not increase in quality) the quality upgrade chance reset to 0%. I filed a ticket and got in contact with support. The person I talked to tried to tell me that it was supposed to happen as "the quality chance is designed to decrease with every upgrade". I tried explaining that is not the way the game works and asked for the chance to be replaced or to be compensated the dilithium I'd spent getting it to that point. (I'd bought that dilithium on the exchange with the zen I paid cash for, I was/am not happy that it was all just wasted). The "specialist game master"-Retribution- kept telling me "Sorry for the confusion but the system was designed to do this therefore we cannot replace your upgrade chance or your dilithium." Either there was a serious misunderstanding between us on what had occurred or that guy has no business calling themselves a game master of ANY kind. Not of STO at least. They inevitably closed the ticket and marked it as 'solved', even though it was far from.
Now onto the EC. Over what I suspect is the past week, but what I know for certain has been the past 4 days, millions of energy credits have gone missing from my account each day. I've lost approximately 10 million EC so far that I know of for certain, but I suspect this has been going on for more than a week and that I've probably lost about 17 million EC in total. This has become VERY irritating as it takes a lot of time and resources for me to earn those EC. (by selling crafted materials on the exchange) I filed a ticket on this as well, however, after my last experience with something going missing and supports ridiculous response, I feel I should probably post on the forumn's as well. Hopefully a developer will see this and be able to set that "game master" straight.
