Fleet Uniforms on Jem'Hadar's.

Hi, hope this is the right area.
Tonight, well this early morning depending on time zone. I decided to buy some uniforms on my Jem'Hadar Vangaurd, so I bought the Senate Robes, from the Embassy they fully unlocked which I am happy for they are nice looking, Odyssey Excursion Uniform, which I figured it not work but wanted to see alas it did not unlock. Then I went to the fleet mine and bought the miner outfit, of the whole set only the gloves, shirts, and pants unlocked for my use.
So I am not sure if this is a bug, but I am gonna treat it like a bug cause parts of the miner did unlock. Now I know the fed/kdf options on uniforms, and the away team armors had been removed from jem'hadar's, granted not sure why the away team armors and all was removed but *shrugs*. I am curious if the fleet uniforms will be fixed for the none fed/kdf starbase holdings so they fully are unlocked for use by jem'hadar captains?
