Refine Dilithium bug (?)

So I just got these 2 messages when refining my daily dil:
You refined 8000 dilithium.
Dilithium refinement failed.

As far as I can tell i gained 8k refined dil, so it might work normally plus an error message (fed-JH).

No error message on my 23c toon, i see if i get it again tomorrow and keep a closer eye on all alts.

Yup that will happen to me when I have slow connection it refines but I’ll get both Messages I think it’s always been like this at least for 5 years or so
