Why did the Phoenix Prize Pack end prematurely for Xbox players after 6/19 update?

I know I am not the only one this happened to on the Xbox One console. The Phoenix Prize Pack event was announced to run from Thursday June 14, 2018 until 8 AM (PST presumably) June 21, 2018. But after the maintenance of June 19, 2018 and the resulting update, the Phoenix Prize pack was gone completely two days early. Nothing was said or has been said since. an d I know form talking to my Fleet Mates that it was not an isolated thing as they were affected by this as well. Why did this happen? And is anything going to be done about it?

These "events" on STO end on patch days.
Obviously, someone was not paying attention to their dates when they wrote the announcement.
OR out of habit or memory lapse used the PC's patch date (Thursday) to write their notice, sending it out to the Console players.

I do not know if you all will gain an extra Phoenix Box or two out of it. But never hurts to try.

it started 2 days early on xbox and ps4 it was a copy paste that was not corrected keol does it all the time he goes by the PC maintanance days which are thursdays on console its Tuesdays always -2 days on every post he makes for console...

It did not start 2 days early. It started when the post said it would on the Thursday after our Wednesday maintenance. Apparently on the consoles our maintenance is not set in stone as it occurs on Tuesdays Wednesdays or Thursdays with no pattern.

i dont know what time zone your in but it started on tuesday the 12th of june at 6pm UK GMT for me and all 1500 members of our amarda on xbox one..and the maintanance was between 3pm and 5pm on that tuesday. same as every tuesday for us.

Pays to be diligent with announcements but I would expect more mix ups in the future. It seems that some folks at Cryptic are not detail oriented.
