Game crashes on Cryptic logo loading screen June 21 patch

3 times I launched the STO client and it crashed at the loading screen. I tried to submit a crash report but that also failed (image attached of crash report failed). Verifying all files didn't help the game still crashes.

If Force verify files didn’t work try uninstalling game and do a reinstall make sure the files are really gone you will know if they are because you will have about 19 gig to down load

gonna pass this up the chain and see what they can come up with. I would make sure that you've not got anything blocking the game as it tries to launch before you do something as drastic as uninstall and so on. The good thing is the shot you got of the error report may give some info on what's up.

slight followup. can you get the Error Tracker ID number? If you go under details that and such of the reports you should be able to find it there.
