Jem'Hadar Omega Armor set not applying correctly

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Jem'Hadar Omega Armor applies but is missing options, only puts on bare set chest and legs with a belt and gloves, no shoulders or armored chest as per the full set options on other characters so looks pretty bare.
