Fed-Aligned Jem'Hadar Vanguard Can.t start "The Doomsday Device."

I was about to start the mentioned mission, but instead I warped into the Donia System Patrol. I dropped the patrol, but the mission didn't show up at the system marker.

Do I have to do the patrol before t'll let me start the mission? Any response is appreciated.

    Today's patch notes mention fixing this mission. My Jem has had this issue too
