Unable to withdraw large amounts of EC from Account Bank

When attempting to withdraw large amounts of credits from the account bank the credits are never withdrawn, no errors, they just stay in the account bank.

stop just before the end about 1000 credits short withdraw then, what your doing is going over by 1 credit... its been like this for a long time like the cutscene and random crashes i dont think will ever be fixed.
