options not saving ingame / lighting 2.0 sucks

like the title says after the new expansion dropped my graphics settings wont stay saved, everytime i log into the game i have to check the settings and make sure they saved and also everytime i switch toons i have to check settings again.
on a side not lighting 2.0 has to be on in the new ds9 i hate the lighting 2.0 for esd and dont wanna use but now the game has to have it on or else the game is pitch black dark.
