Jem Hadar with Klingon alignment not able to access most clothing, and no KDF uniform

I have a Jem'hadar aligned to KDF. In the clothing section there are almost no non Jem'Hadar clothes and the is not the KDF uniform shown on the alignment selection screen. Is this intentional?
