Cant take any new misisons

As it stands i am lvl 32? 33 fed rommie. I had to skip trade craft mission due to the bug where i cant interact with the computers..After goign through the arcs and comleteingthem all but that one quest i am at he first misison of agents of yesterday , a lvl 20 mission, its greyed out to me i cant hail them at all , i cant skip them either,so im stuck having to repeat the same missions ive done but for less xp.

I've rtried redoing the last mission before the arc i am trying to access but nothing helped
