Victory is Life gives Romulans (and Jem'Hadar) access to most of the ships of their ally they couldn't use before. As a Federation-allied Romulan you can claim the C-Store Romulan Dyson Science Destroyers but also their Federation equivalents, can you also claim the base version - Solanae Class ? The reward box from the Account Reclaim tab of the Reputation Store does not give you a choice and awards the Aves. As a Jem'Hadar, as they don't have their own version, you can claim the Solanae/Nov. They are not in the excluded list in the ViL patchnotes.
