One file stopping the patcher from completing the update..

One file stopping the patcher from completing the update and making the game NOT ACCESSIBLE..

This file is where the patcher just stops and goes on a continuous downloading spree until the patching is cancelled..

180606 12:46:54 365 [1]: transfer failed, trying again for bin/geobin/maps/Planets/Bridges/Fed/Fed_Odyssey_01_Bridge/Fed_Odyssey_01_Bridge.Zone/World_Fedsmall_Entries.Hogg (retry 308, compressed)

Any update from the DEV's will greatly be appreciated..TIA..

    Did you ever find a fix for this? I have the same problem, but can't find a dev response for anyway to fix it

    [strike]I am just attempting to patch today...I hope I don't run into this. :anguished: [/strike] Never mind. It worked fine.

    Only thing is I had to adjust brightness on the display.

    Was fixed after the patch yesterday..Works fine now.. :)

    I've got the same problem. Thought I would outsmart it by downloading Tribble and moving the hogg file over to the holodeck folder, but it keeps getting caught up on the same file regardless of the environment:

    transfer failed, trying again for fmv/intro_delta.bik (retry 10, compressed)

    There seems to be an issue with file integrity on the cryptic servers from the looks of things...

    Anyone had any luck? I haven't been able to finish patching the game for several days. Some feedback from the deployment team would be wonderful at this point.

    Can you point out the file from the logs in the game folder and post the specific file here? If you can pot it here and tag the dev or mods with a request to pass the info on for a fix..

    I'm having the exact same issue. It keeps hanging on this line:

    transfer failed, trying again for fmv/intro_delta.bik

    I've done everything from have the game reinstall the .hogg files, to a complete delete of the game itself and a full reinstall. Nothing seems to help. So far reinstalling the .hogg file, or something is wrong with my HD, are the only solutions from the devs. I'm hoping that they realise it's an error on their end.
