KDF-Jem missing missions (non-story)

On my KDF Vanguard, the Most Dangerous Game, Empire Defense and Turret/Ship/Captain Killer missions do not show as available. (Pi Canis and the Arena/Warzone dailies do show correctly, and can be started.)
