I purchased the $20 Vanguard pack and can’t claim it in game.

Update: Was able to claim it in the C-Store.

    Same here. I'm unable to create a Jem'Hadar Vanguard despite purchasing the pack on Friday, June 1st. The purchase shows on my account history.

    NB: I use Steam to play STO.​​

    I ALSO BOUGHT THE VANGUARD STARTER PACK NOT IN INVENTORY NOT ABLE TO CLAIM IN C STORE. ALSO DOING THE GAME I CAN NOT READY THE STARSHIP OR EVEN BUY A SHIP TO FINISH THE INTRO PLEASE HELP I USE ARC I HAVE A PIC OF THE RECEIPT GUESS YOU WANT MORE MONEY

    I was able to claim the pack from the in-game store on my main character. I don't recall which tab it was under for certain. I'm thinking 'Promotions' maybe?

    They start you with a ship (T-5U bug ship) so you can carry on, Alfredyou!​​

    It should be in Promotions or Discount Packs... i think.
