Not letting me re-engineer a crafted weapon

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this (first post and all.)

I just bought epic Wide-Arc Disruptors for one of my characters on the exchange and it isn't giving me the option to reengineer the item when I select it. I have a different Wide-Arc on another character and it lets me freely re-engineer it. It's a crafted weapon, so I'm not sure why the game isn't giving the option to re-engineer it.

Frustrating as it was not a cheap item, being epic with pen.

same thing happened with my weapons also but they do say that they intend to expand the limits on what you can and can not re engineer in the future. but quick question off topic a bit but how was you able to find a crafted wide arc when i can't seem to find them no where on the exchange even my own i add to the exchange in the past what did you type in the search to find them exactly ? because their is a bug with it that hasn't been fixed that i know of as of yet while searching for the wide arc cannons even the discovery lockbox reward box weapons with wide arc(cannons) can't be found on their and they are premade and not crafted

To get any dual heavy cannons to show up on the exchange, I have to click no on show usable items before searching. They never show up for me unless I do, even though I have escorts equipped that can use them.

I think I figured out that the wide arcs I spent a ton of EC on were glitched. The modifiers are [AC/DM] [CRTH] [DMG]X2, with no mention of the [ARC] modifier even though it has the 90 degree firing arc. Sadly, this means I don't use it as my whole plan was to change [AC/DM] to [CRTD/DM] for my Romulan main, who is over 40% critical chance so I want everything to boost the critical damage.
