I have been digging through pages and pages of info on the ship, she was probably using the Pulse Phasers that the Connie was using in TWoK. But im trying to figure out when the TNG style of phaser was put into full production... Want meh ship to use the right weapons. lol

Neither did the Saratoga at Wolf 359. Yet she had TNG style phasers.

The Soyuz was speculated to have turrets or sensor pods on the rear between the engineering and escape pod bays, but like any Miranda and variant...
...they had dual phaser ports on both sides the saucer, they were obviously retrofitted to accept 24th century federation standard from very late TOS to early TNG era, around 2300-2360.
Been around since Dec 2010 on STO and bought LTS in Apr 2013 for STO.
The visuals havent changed but the equipment changed to arrays from the Ambassador class and all ships before the class, were retrofitted to the array style from the beam bank style seen on the classic ships..

Considering the Miranda class was in service from 2260's and the Excelsior was in service from 2280's and both classes had dual phaser ports on their saucer? These were never altered during the 2300's. Even the USS Lakota with a new upgrade meant to combat the Dominion and modernize the ship class in 2370's, it still had dual phaser ports on the saucer, not phaser strips.

The original Constitution had no visible weapons of any kind either.
the TOS connie had the same phaser ports, most shots show them just before that white dome on the underneath not far from the neck, but the phaser ports are just above the windows, the refit connie's phaser ports were more noticable with a darker gray hull plate in roughly the same location from the one on TOS.

So i'd guess it has the standard 6 dual emitter banks on the saucer (3 top & 3 bottom) which were standard to the Miranda and the Constitution, and probably emitters near the impulse engines as mentioned on the Miranda class. No idea where it's torp launchers would be though.
In fact, you can see the dual banks in this screenshot of the vessel, they are the pairs of dots at the 12, 3 and 9 o'clock positions:
The only Soyuz we've ever seen was from the TMP era and so we have no idea if the class even existed beyond that time. So the only thing we really know is what's in that one episode, and on similar ships from the period.
