Advanced Heavy Cruiser Transwarp bonus option broken

I started playing again. Dusted off the Advanced heavy cruiser and even got a outdated Advanced heavy cruiser for the extra console to complete the 2 piece set and noticed the extra areas to warp to seem to be all locked out. One area to warp to is even named "transwarp".
