Sector change warp animation still broken after how many years?

I just came back after a long time. I have a list of small things wrong and im going to start with this warp animation bug that has drove me nuts over I dont know how many years.
Some ships will hit leave map/sector and the ship rather warps out then does the sound effects of warping out when its already gone and other now do the proper sound effects but instead of zooming away it just coast along at a very slow speed like a old person on a major highway.
I know its not game breaking but if the female orion belt bug that lets you see her panties without obstruction warrant a near immediate fix this 6ish year animation bug needs fixed also it since it does take away from game depth.
