KDF Accolade Error for Romulan Imperial Minefield

My KDF character had the accolade "Swept Up" for 1st Place in the Punch Through the Federation Blockade\Federation Minefield. Today I completed the mission "Romulan Imperial Minefield" and was 1st place. My system chat says I was awarded another accolade of "Swept Up" for doing so. After I switched instances the accolade disappeared and my log says I completed "Punch Through the Federation Blockade" instead.

I have replayed "Romulan Imperial Minefield" and come in first again but it still credits me with playing "Punch Through the Federation Blockade" instead of "Romulan Imperial Minefield".

    Support replied after I provided screenshots and said it is a Dev issue now.

    Shows awarding accolade.
