Neelix/Tuvok won't move, mission won't progress in Reunion

Mission: Reunion (part of the Delta Quadrant arc)
After beaming to the Talaxian base and greeting Neelix, I'm supposed to accompany Neelix and Tuvok as they walk and talk to each other. Just after the second corner of the first corridor, Neelix jumps onto a pile of crates and stops moving. Tuvok then stops, and the mission won't progress any further.

I've tried restarting the mission several times. I've walked with Neelix and Tuvok, I've run ahead, I've not moved from the beam-in point. It doesn't matter, Neelix jumps on those crates every time.
edit: I just tried one more time, and I progressed past this point. Neelix jumped on the crates like usual, but this time he teetered on the edge for a second and then jumped off. I don't know why. I have no idea what I did differently (if anything). For what it's worth, if you update the mission, I'd have Neelix walk around those crates rather than jump over them to avoid this possibility happening in the future.
