Leeta Jupiter Variant Clothing Bug

I was gifted the Leeta Jupiter clothing from the Lobi store back in January, and it does not work on my Federation aligned Romulan. The Wiki clearly states that the outfit can be worn by members of any faction, however, upon opening the box, it never appeared in my "tailor inventory" anywhere. Support attests that the Wiki is in error and that it cannot be worn by Romulans. I argue that the box would not have been able to be opened if this were true (not unlike certain consoles that are Fed or Klingon only). Secondly, I have provided a proof shot (above) of a Romulan wearing them. One can tell she is a Romulan because she is wearing the Romulan Kelvin sleeveless top over the Leeta shorts in this picture, and the Romulan Kelvin shirt is *definitely* Romulan only.

Unfortunately, it can be opened by Romulans. It can only be worn by Federation characters, not aligned characters (Romulans) or for that matter Klingons. Romulans are like the step child of STO. Romulan females can't even wear earrings even though your can buy the lobi box.
