Can't start the game client since the last update

I'm getting this message upon pressing "Engage" (screenshot linked below):

"Unable to start game client: The operation completed successfully."

EDIT: I tried force verify, didn't help.

    It seems to have been fixed with a small Arc update today. The thread can be closed.
