Constitution Light Cruiser visuals issue

Hi
So, i purchased the Constitution class Light Cruiser from the C-Store, however it doesn't resemble the image displayed in the store menu. Notice the peculiar grooves on the saucer section. Also, it's a medium grey color rather than the off-white color of the Enterprise. I tried changing it at the Starship Customization vendor but had no luck. It wouldn't be a big deal except that i paid money for this ship.
One other thing i noticed was, for the 23c Romulan uniform there is no option for "Bare" or "Stockings" for Reman females. So the skirt option causes the legs to appear invisible.

Wasn't sure if these were known issues. Just wanted to bring them to your attention. I was referred here by Arcgames Support.
