Question about the Klingon Honor Guard ground set

Dear Captains,i need a help to understand better how the process of getting the basic KHG ground set works.
I already completed the Omega reputation and got to tier 5,i know for sure that from here i need 3 sets which are the armor,shield and weapon.
But after this i couldn't get enough information.
Getting these 3 peaces will unlock the whole basic set for the KHG at the tailor? or are there further missions to complete in order to get some parts?
I hope that some of you veterans will be able to explain this process because besides the STO wiki i couldn't find anything really useful on the net.

yes, there is one more unlock in the rep for the outfit...only available once you have a ll 3 pieces. Not 100% sure but there definitely is another unlock in the rep. system.

I want to thank you all for your help,i could finally get both of the Klingon Honor Guard sets,the basic one and the adapted one.
I've heard that there is a third set as well that unlocks completing the optional quests in ground and space,do you know at what difficulty level do i have to do these missions?

Elite. Unfortunately this setting is unavailable for the required PvE since 2014. As a result there is no way to get the costume unlock you desire since then.

Lets hope the Devs are working on finding a way to fix this issue.
