On demand Patching

I don't know what is causing this but I can not disable on demand patching. I much prefer to have everything downloaded, and with the on demand patching on that wont happen. I am now stuck waiting for the patching to finish while teammates and stf's begin without me cause of this.

Does anyone know a way to turn this off? I have had it turned off for years then all of a sudden its back on and can not be disabled. Happened around the time the autofire switch happened I think.

Yes.... @frtoaster noticed this on Tribble. Then it got ported over to Holodeck...and still with us to this day. Hopefully, they will fix it during one of the upcoming patches. I have on-demand patching turned off, too.
