The Renegade's Regret bugs

I just ran 'The Renegade's Regret' and it is really messed up. These are the bugs I encountered:
1) The tray was locked and I could not change anything on it.
2) All my keybinds were changed and when I reloaded them some still did not work.
3) My space weapons (Fire All Weapons, Fire All Phasers, etc.) stopped working during the mission. Was lucky the Warp overload still worked...
4) After the mission my Tray needed to be fixed, there were some items moved around but most were still OK. This was after the 4/4 patch.
I hope these things are fixed by next week.
