Boff abilities reset to specialization only

Default and slotted BOFF abilities have been reset to specialization only and if you don't have a screenshot of your ui or perhaps a saved loadout you are screwed.

    somehow the default and slotted have become linked if you are in the stations and select an ability it then becomes your default WTF why would you do this!!!!
