Missing Dranuur Colony Transwarp Option in One Ship

I've a level 60 Engineer with several T6 ships, but while in his Miracle Worker ship (Tucker with Daystrom skin if that matters) the UI doesn't list the fleet colony holding as a transwarp destination while in the other ships it rightly does so. Any insights?
