KDF Command Battlecruisers - Selecting Klinzhai nacelles removes windows from the ship

Ever since the Command Battlecruisers were added to the game, selecting the Klinzhai nacelles in the ship tailor removes the windows from the windows (and the entire windows option) from the ship.
I have been using the Klinzhai for a long time, but I would really love to be able to change the parts/materials on the ship, without losing the Klinzhai nacelles (which I really like) and the windows. Without the windows, the ship loses its scale.
I hope that this will be fixed, especially in light of the recent addition of ship printing.
