Ship Customization Tailor STILL BUGGED AS HELL!

Okay, I was able to tolerate the broken/bugged ship customization before, but now seeing that stupid "3D Print" button right there, meaning the devs had EVERY REASON to see/check any bug reports about this feature before hand AND with the recent patch notes (3/22/18, putting that cause the devs probably won't check this for the next two years) specifically focusing on that stupid gold Ferangi ship, I can't take it anymore. From the selected patterns (Leo, Orion, etc) not rendering on the ship as I hover over them, to the preview of my ship looking darker than how it actually looks so when I put paint on it, I can't see a difference. Seriously, how do you even cause some of this stuff to happen!? They haven't added anything new to the ship customization feature in forever, yet somehow, it's frustrating to use now! HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN!?

At least you have the option to put patterns on your ship. Around the same time as you posted this, the 'advanced' button on the ship tailor UI disappeared for a lot of people. I've been filing bug reports ever since I noticed it, I contacted support, completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game, etc. etc. and nothing has worked. The most I could get from support was "file a bug report and check the support forumns". I have found that it is not an account specific issue like I first thought (since certain members of my fleet still had the button while others did not). I have three computers, two new ones and one very old one. The two new ones wont display the advanced button. But when I log into the same account and the same character on my old computer, the button is there. So... I don't know. I DO know I'm getting REALLY fed up of not getting any answers from the devs. At least ACKNOWLEDGE that you're aware of the issue!
