Sensor Analysis Locks Out Cloaking

Hi There - I posted this on Reddit, but wanted to cross-post it here to put it in the official spot. Basically, after the most recent patch (prior to 3/22), having Sensor Analysis active on any target disables the ability to cloak (including the Quantum Singularity Manipulation Reputation Trait and the new Voth Phase Cloak console). This behavior was not observed previously and so I wanted to report it as a bug. Please let me know if there are any questions and I would be happy to provide any additional information or perform additional tests.
