Temporal ships

I’m looking at the 31st Century bundle,but the disclaimer that unlike most packed ships it binds to player-not account or character-is a bit misleading.I have Fed,Klingon and Rom characters and would like them all to have a copy of the 3 ships for $60-but it isn’t clear if that’s the case

Thx garaks31-I’ve got a bunch of the fed ships frim that pack already,started a new Klingon fleet and 2new Klingon characters,the all faction mega bundle and was really looking to supplement those two
