On PS4 it is impossible to claim the 10 dollar starter packs

in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
So I bought the 10 dollar pack, I am beyond the tutorial and there is no way to claim. I have no idea what to do, at this point I'm out 10 dollars.

    Since you're fairly new to the forums I will let this one slide and just move it to the appropriate bug reporting forum. We don't allow bug reporting in the general discussion area as it would quickly get lost and issues like yours would go unanswered by the devs making it a bad time for dev and player alike. You will be able to find this in the PS4 bug reporting area once I move it.

    @latexrubber with that in mind however, what exactly does it say when you try to claim the pack? Also what type of toon is this on? I want to believe there was an issue before that was patched but could have resurfaced. the devs will work with you so don't worry about that.

    Sometimes you have to turn the game off completely and restart for these to take effect in game. But I guess you already tried that?
