Mariah Kilara Marr Bound to Character

I have 2 Mariah Kilara Marr DOFF bound on the same toon. When I transferred the Doffs via Mail to my new Temporal Char to have some good doff for missions they where unbound. Now when I wanted to go science doff missions on an other char, I had to figure, that they are bound now.

    They made them all Bound to Character in December 2016 just before the start of the Phoenix Prize Pack Event as she now became available for 'purchase' from the Phoenix Store.
