StandOff Trait causes torpedo Spread (all ranks) to fire only one torpedo (regardless of torp). This happens randomly in PvE and consistently in PvP.

I knew using Kinetics would be playing the game on hard mode, but what I didn't realize was how bad the deck is stacked against Kinetics.
