Linked the above problem Tricobalt torpedoes share a cooldown with Tricobalt mines. Activating either one puts a cooldown on the other. A few years ago Tricobalts had the cooldowns fixed then later everything reverted without warning. No patch notes so I assume it was a bug/mistake to put them back into the broken way.
