Missing daily anniversary task bugged

On tuesday my f2p and LTS accounts both got the ship so I ran alts in need of marks through the scanning and all of them bar one was able to take the task for submitting the 40 tokens for marks.
Game was effectively down for me yesterday but today that same character (a level 52 rommie) logged in to find that the daily task was still not showing.
I claimed the ship on tuesday so that shouldnt be causing a blockage and on the offchance I waited a while to see if it would slink in looking embarassed, it didnt. Likewise doing todays scan for another 40 tokens didnt trigger it.
