This is from the patch notes 1/23/18 "All Anniversary Ship Event Reputation Projects from past years have had their inputs updated to require 8th Anniversary Prize Vouchers.
If a player still have ship projects from previous years slotted, you may participate in this year's event to complete those projects, or cancel them to make room for this year's project."
Buyout packages may also be purchased using Lobi Crystals.
None of this is working. I have the Nandi slotted and almost filled,but it's still grey with vouchers in my inventory.

    That's because it's a summer event ship.

    Thats nice they done that & all. But I would like to see being able to slot a ship u missed from a past year. Like for me I missed the Krenim sci ship cause of depression last year. Had me out of game during that event. Cause I never slotted it I can only hope to own it thru a Pheonix box epic token & drop rate of them lets be fair is far from great or likely I will luck out to be able to own it.
