Mouse control issue help

when i play i like to use my mouse and hold right button down then move mouse to steer..it works almost all the time. But lately off and on..the feature stops working. I can still rotate view and such but right button held/mouse move doesnt steer and i cant figure out why. The feature works in all my other games with no glitch its only here this happens..anyone got a clue how to fix?

I know this has been a while, but how did you get your mouse to work at all? I get no mouse response & limited keyboard when I try them on console
