Temporal Agent Problem

During the AOY event on XBOX One I created a Temporal Agent. He reached level 14. Recently I re visited that character so I could begin the search for probes and take care of story line missions. However A system message was presented to me saying that my Temporal Agent Mission was out of date and would be restarted. It seems as if the game says I just created this character. There are no probes to find. I could use your help with this.
I also attempted to copy and paste a url here to show you the screen shot however it linked directly to my account even though the url was the one up when the screenshot was.

I did submit a ticket. 180125-000349 created 1/25/18. After a week+ of back and forth emails I was directed to this page to submit my problem, because the customer service I contacted through this site is nothing more than a buffer for the devs and people who can actually help.
Along with the method of transferring screen shots to this site from Xbox I have not been answered as to what is wrong with my character.
Neither this chat room or the “ support site” has worked so far. Who monitors this? I have a real problem with my character that I’d like solved and no one is able to help.

I also have a copy of every email sent between myself and “customer support”.

Maybe it could simply mean that the mission you were playing has been updated to fix bugs and because of those changes to the mission, you need to restart the mission.

Missions typically have multiple maps so the probe can be in one of those map. Additionally, there are multiple location per map where the probe can appear. Are you sure you play through all the maps? If the probe is in a particular laptop, you should see an objective to find the probe.

I agree with you. However the problem occurred to me when I was on Pjem chasing the shape shifting kilingon. There were no probes during that mission on that map. Am I correct in assuming there should have been? If I’m wrong and there wasn’t supposed to be any then all of this has been a monumental waste of time.
